EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "Multi-varietal"

The Fattoi company has always produced extra virgin olive oil.

The olives are scrupulously hand-picked and taken immediately to the oil mill where, through cold pressing, a fruity, fragrant oil is obtained which is particularly suitable for consumption uncooked and is extremely low in acidity.

Obtained exclusively with the aid of mechanical means, with cold extraction, it is produced with olives of the Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio, Olivastra and Correggiolo varieties harvested between November and December.
