Grapes: Vermentino 100%

Soil composition: medium texture with rocks of alluvial origin and calcareous pebbles.

Growing System: spurred cordon

Harvest period: end of August, early September

Winemaking: manual harvest in pierced boxes, soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature of 16° C (60.8° F), perfecting sur lies until the bottling.

Refinement: in bottle

Characteristics: Straw yellow with golden hues, intense and varied nose of yellow fruits and ripe tropical fruit.

Soft in the mouth, good freshness and flavor. Good fruit aftertaste.

Food Pairing: tasty soups from shellfish, omelettes and quiches with vegetables and a touch of smoked bacon.

First fish-bone and also with julienne vegetables and grilled shellfish.
