A wine of exceptional quality, the Rosso di Montalcino Cerbaiona bears a strong resemblance to Brunello.
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Deep ruby red, powerful and refined, it reveals itself slowly on both the nose and the palate with elegant and pleasant aromas ranging from aromatic herbs to plum, Mediterranean scrub, and undergrowth.
Round, enveloping, and velvety, with lively freshness.
It has a very long finish.
