Grapes: 100% Ansonica.

Vinification: temperature controlled fermentation at 12° c far 15 days.

Ageing: in steel 5/7 months. Bottle refinement 3 months.

Characteristics:

Intense straw yellow colour.

Distinctive aroma, slightly fruity, with hints of Mediterranean.

To be served at: 10° C.

Goes well with: fish and shellfish dishes.
