Grapes: Lambrusco di Sorbara 100%

Production area: San Lorenzo right side of the Secchia river

Vinification and ageing: the grapes are hand-picked in the last week of September, placed in crates, then crushed and destemmed, followed by cryomaceration for 12 hours.
The obtained must, decanted and filtered, is fermented in autoclaves for 60 days and finally bottled.

Colour: ruby red

Nose: broad, rich, releasing notes of red fruits

Taste: fruity, lively with an appealing, drinkable flavour
