Hand picked grapes, that are selected with care during the harvest as well as during the destemming process. The 2019 vintage has been harvested from begin the beginning of September (Merlot), followed by the cabernet Franc, to the end of September with Cabernet Sauvignon.
Every year we try to improve every single detail. This vintage was fermented with indigenous and selected yeast.
Castello di Bolgheri 2019 was bottled in October 2021 after 20 months aging in oak barrels and casks.

Vineyards are placed on a hill at 70m over the sea level. Oriented to the sea full sun from the morning towards the evening
