The story of these 11 rows began when the clones were selected, directly in France, based on the characteristics of the estate's soil.
As the vineyard matured, the unique characteristics of the Bolgheri terroir emerged. Together with the winemaker's ritual of selecting the best bunches, this allowed the vine to express its full potential. After careful research to find the most suitable wood for ageing, the decision was made to dedicate a label to it.

Planting density 5680 plants/hectar
Harvest Manually, in boxes containing each one maximum 15 kg of grapes. Grapes are cooled before vinification.
Winemaking After de-stemming and soft crushing starts maceration and alcoholic fermentation for approximately 20 days at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. After malolactic fermentation the wine is decanted into barrels.
Aging In French oak barriques for 16 months at temperature and umidity controlled.
