Vinification:

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 16 days.

Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 18 months of aging.

Finally, bottle aging for about 8 months

Tasting Notes:

Colour: light ruby red

Bouquet: hints of pink grapefruit, eucalyptus and white pepper

Taste: rich and structured on the palate, with light notes of balsamic and spice.

A broad and persistent finish, with well-structured, soft tannins
