Barbaresco Starderi DOCG 2019

Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification:

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 12 days.

Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 19 months of aging.

Finally, bottle aging for about 7 months

Tasting notes:

Colour: ruby red

Bouquet: hints of red berry jam, nutmeg and tobacco

Taste: at a first taste, it is mineral, spicy and balsamic, followed by a broad and decisive finish.

Tannins are smooth and well structured
