Grape variety: Vermentino 100%.

Soil composition: Medium-textured soil with presence of skeleton of alluvial origin.

Training system: Guyot

Harvest period: first half of September

Vinification: Manual harvesting in perforated boxes, gentle pressing of whole grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel vats.

Ageing: 3 months in steel vats then in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics:
straw yellow colour with greenish reflections;
floral aromas with notes of citrus and white peach;
The palate is fresh, savoury, mineral, balanced, with good acidity.

Food pairings: starters, first and second courses based on fish.
