GRAPES: Trebbiano Toscano and San Colombano

Grapes after collection are withered for about 4 months, after pressing the obtained must is sent to maturation for 3 years in oak kegs.

After bottling il vin santo is refined for some months in bottle.

NOTES:

amber-coloured, intense scent of dry fruit and honey, smooth, warm and persistent taste.

It accompanies very well desserts and cheese.
