Toscana Indicazione Geografica Tipica
It is the simplest wine and suitable for all occasions. It is made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes from the estate vineyards, and matures for one year in Slavonian oak barrels.
Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 5%, Colorino 5%.
Yield: wine/ha hl 45
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in cement vats for about 25 days,
malolactic fermentation in cement vats.
Ageing: 12 months in Slavonian oak casks, then at least 3 months in bottle.
Serving temperature: 17-18°.
Recommended pairings: cold cuts, first courses, grilled meats
