Produced from selected Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes.
Fermentation and maceration take place in concrete and steel tanks for around 14 days.
The wine is then aged in French oak barrels and casks for around 10–12 months. After bottling, it undergoes further ageing in the bottle.

The wine expresses the typical characteristics of Gaiole: a pale ruby red colour; a fruity nose with hints of rose; and an inviting palate with well-balanced tannins.

Grapes: Sangiovese 95% – Canaiolo 5%
Harvest: from late September to early October
Serving temperature: 16°C–18°C.
The wine has undergone a single, light filtration. Natural sedimentation may occur.
