This Merlot comes from oldest vines, planted in the early fifties.

This wine is the evolution and the identity of the company in Bolgheri.

A pure, mono varietal Merlot, presented to the markets only in special and balanced vintages, when the grapes ripen gradually reach high quality standards.

Manual harvest and selection of grapes in the cellar, fermentation and aging for 18 months in carefully selected new French oak barrels.

Further long bottle aging.
