TYPE OF CULTIVATION: upside down

 

VINTAGE PERIOD: September

 

WINEMAKING: fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days

 

MATURATION: minimum stay on yeast in bottle: 36 months, remouage for 20 days followed by disgorgement and maturation for at least other 3 months before the sale.

 

NOTES:

Modern and light sparkling wine, loved for its dry and refreshing style. Straw yellow coloured, it presents a fine and persistent fizz, accompanied by a harmonic and pleasant scent, with notes of fruit (apple) and bread crust.

The taste, lively and balanced, is extremely persistent and pleasant.

Ideal for appetizers and fish or white meat dishes, it also accompanies very well fried food and little or medium seasoned cheese.
