Soil type: sea sand mixed with minerals

Grapes: Sangiovese 100%,

Vinification: carried out in 40 Hl oak vats with continuous pumping over for the first 2 days, then scaling up as fermentation slows down.

Ageing: ageing takes place in 25 quintal oak casks for 22 months. Subsequently, the wine completes its ageing in the bottle for a further 6 months.

Sensations: Traditionally born from the downgrading of vintage Brunello, with characteristics quite similar to Brunello itself, but different in complexity.
It is a small, young Brunello in which freshness and aromas stand out.
Simple and suitable for every type of dish.
