Soil type: sea sand mixed with minerals

Grapes: Sangiovese 100%,

Vinification: carried out in 40 Hl oak vats, the must is stirred immediately, pumping over 3 times for the first 4-5 days, then scaled up as fermentation slows down.

Ageing: ageing takes place in 25 quintal oak barrels for 22 months. Subsequently, the wine completes its ageing in the bottle for a further 6 months.

Impressions: this is a great red wine that comes from a personal selection of Brunello 2019 casks.
It is a wine capable of expressing both the complexity of Brunello and the freshness in fruit and drinkability of Rosso.
