Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Age of the vineyards: more 30 years.
Winemaking: alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the peels for 18/21 days at 27/30°c. Malolactic in tonneaux.
Refinement: in 300 lt French oak tonneaux for about 18 months then refinement in bottle.
Colour: red ruby intense
Scent: enveloping and intense aromas of black cherry, strawberry, berries with a slight hint of liquorice.
Taste: good acidity with clean finish.
To accompany with: medium seasoned cheese, roasted red and white meat, soups of shellfish with tomato.
