Each cherry is carved from a single piece of white Carrara marble, sculpted, finished and polished in its natural state: "nature".

Small irregularities in the shape make each fruit unique.

Paleo Bianco has been made from Chardonnay grapes and a little Sauvignon Blanc since 1991 and in extremely small quantities.
