Franciacorta DOCG COUPÉ BRUT NATURE
An evocative name that refers to an imagery of passion style and carefreeness. States of mind that the Coupé Non Dosato of Monte Rossa promises to give to those who choose it. Coupé Monte Rossa is inspired by the world of motors: in the name, in the logo in the clothing of the bottle, in the packaging and in the communication style.
Without, however, forgetting its origins: the word ‘Coupé’ in fact derives from the French verb “couper” - translated cut, a concept that in oenology is condensed into the term Cuvée.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow, luminous and with lime peel highlights to the eye, the Coupé exudes a suave bouquet with hints of elderflower and white peach. It evolves in the glass, revealing vegetal and marine touches with a fresh almond finish. Striking on the palate is the contrast between the creaminess and balance of the perlage with the “shuddering” freshness, and the finish is savoury and balsamic.
