Organic wine obtained by partial cryomaceration on the skins:
intense straw yellow colour with slight greenish reflections,
excellent structure and minerality, fine and complex,
hints of aniseed, pink grapefruit and pear,
enveloping, fresh and sapid taste.

Obtained from a special selection of Tuscan Sangiovese, this wine shows its own character after a master refining.

Aged travertine boxes, made by skilled craftsmen who work this material with mastery, reproducing the typical boxes used for harvesting and selling fruit and vegetables.

Each pear is carved from an only piece of White Carrara marble, sculpted and hand painted with pigments of natural origin and bee wax, using the same methods of Michelangelo age.
