Grappa of Vin Santo

Grappa di Vin Santo is obtained from the distillation of the dried marc of Vin Santo Riserva, fermented in special closed containers and then distilled.

The chosen and selected Trebbiano and San Colombano grapes rest from September to February on mats and the Vin Santo is produced following the tradition of the past.

 

The uniqueness and inimitability of Vin Santo Grappa also derives from this particular processing.
