This is the Cabochon family's vintage Brut: obtained from the soft pressing of selected grapes, it is the result of over 54 months of ageing on the lees.

On the palate, it is a full-bodied and generous wine, with great complexity, well-balanced, with an acidic and salty finish characterised by notes of exotic fruit.
