First produced in 1989, this incredible wine is the symbol of the winery, and it truly epitomizes Bolgheri.

At first, the wine was a classic Bordeaux blend but became a Cabernet Franc monovarietal in 2001; since then, it has been a huge success.

The name “paleo” refers to a wild herb found on the Tuscan coast, and it symbolizes a strong local identity and the will to reach all goals.

A wine with a sweetly fruity aromatic texture and slight briny and spicy touches. It develops in the mouth accomplished and articulated, crisp and broad, fresh and rich in chiaroscuro. A complete and complex wine with a radiant finish.

Aromas of fresh cherry cross floral hints, violet in the foreground, and hints of flint with light spicy touches. In the mouth slightly sweet attack in which the fruit predominates, then the wine finds energy in a nice acid verve that makes the sip savory, fragrant and long, with full and crisp tannins to bring out its articulate and dense structure.

The oldest vineyard is dedicated to the lily, the flower that symbolises Tenuta Sant’Antonio.
A single vine grows in that vineyard, giving a unique wine.

Paleo Bianco has been made from Chardonnay grapes and a little Sauvignon Blanc since 1991 and in extremely small quantities.
The strong Mediterranean character boasts intensity, flavour and depth in equal parts.
It is a surprising wine, especially in terms of its ageing capacity.

A unique wine, created by blending the best selections of Sangiovese from 24 wineries, in equal parts, resulting in a wine of excellence: balanced and representative of the territory.

Grechetto is the main autochthonous white varietal of Umbria. When blended it is widespread in the Orvieto area, while pure in the Colli Martani whose territory is part of Montefalco.

Trebbiano Spoletino is a typical grape varietal from the area that stretches between Trevi, Montefalco and Spoleto. Its name may derive from “Trebium”, meaning Trevi in latin.
