Every year is different because every agricultural year is different.

It is a territorial wine, free and alive: it is not filtered, it is not clarified and no industrial adjuvants are added.

Organic wine obtained by partial cryomaceration on the skins:
intense straw yellow colour with slight greenish reflections,
excellent structure and minerality, fine and complex,
hints of aniseed, pink grapefruit and pear,
enveloping, fresh and sapid taste.

Campitello is the oldest vineyard in Monteraponi, located at 420 metres above sea level, it is isolated from the others, surrounded only by woodland, and is harvested and vinified as a cru.

Castello di Bolgheri is made with a selection of grapes from our 20-year old vineyards located in the surrounding areas of Bolgheri and facing the Tyrrhenian sea.

Extremely low yields, prolonged drying and long periods spent in wood give rise to concentrated wines, rich in ripe fruit and spicy aromas.
